Scope

YOMIYE provides a two-sided marketplace experience that brings workers and businesses together for hourly jobs.

These terms apply to account creation, profile use, job posting, applications, worker selection, direct invitations, reviews, reporting, blocking, notifications, and account deletion processes.

Locations shown on Guest Map represent approximate areas and should not be treated as exact workplace addresses or routing information. Precise location details are provided only to the extent they become available through the product flow.

Marketplace role and wage information

YOMIYE is a marketplace intermediary that connects workers and businesses inside the product flow; it is not positioned as the employer or payment provider that independently sets the working terms between the parties.

YOMIYE currently does not provide in-app payment, escrow, or payment guarantees; hourly pay and earnings information is shown as listing data.

Hourly pay, estimated earnings, or similar wage information shown in listings is derived from information entered or listed by the posting business. This does not mean a payment commitment, escrow, or collection guarantee by YOMIYE.

User responsibilities

Workers are responsible for keeping profile, skills, experience, application, invitation response, and job attendance information accurate and up to date.

Businesses are responsible for accurately entering job title, description, requirements, date, hours, location, headcount, pay, and working terms, and for running applicant review and selection processes honestly.

Both sides agree that reviews made after completed jobs should reflect the real experience and should not be misleading.

Prohibited use

Spam, misleading listings, fake profiles, fake applications, fake reviews, harassment, discrimination, behavior that creates safety risks, unauthorized data collection, misleading other users, and use that harms marketplace trust are prohibited.

YOMIYE may review reported content, profiles, listings, comments, or behavior; restrict visibility; and apply blocking, account suspension, moderation, or access restriction actions.

Business tools

Businesses can review applicants, reach previous or saved workers again, and send direct invitations for suitable jobs.

These tools are marketplace features that support each side's own decisions; worker selection and listing accuracy remain the responsibility of the business.

Account deletion and enforcement

Users can delete their account inside the app from Profile -> Settings -> Delete My Account. The deletion screen explains that the action is permanent and requires confirmation.

When an account is deleted, profile identity is anonymized, the account is marked as deleted, account access is disabled, FCM tokens are cleared, and avatar cleanup is attempted; historical marketplace records may remain anonymized or limited where needed for marketplace integrity.

If there is an active accepted or ongoing job, account deletion or blocking actions may first require the related process to be resolved for marketplace integrity and to avoid harming the other side.
