Personal data categories

Identity and account: user ID, full name, role, account status, and creation/update records.

Profile: avatar/photo, city, district, bio, experience, and skills for workers; business name, logo, industry, city, district, and description for businesses.

Marketplace: listings, applications, job invitations, previous/saved worker relationships, shift status, wage information, date/time, city/district, and listing location.

Trust and reputation: reviews, ratings, comments, preference to work again, category ratings, work history, reliability counters, XP/level summaries, reports, blocking records, and moderation records.

Location: coordinates/data for nearby job discovery and listing location; selected or last updated alert center, radius, and job type preferences for Nearby Job Alerts.

Technical: Firebase installation and notification registration identifiers; FCM device token, platform, and last-seen time for signed-in users; crash and error diagnostic records in the mobile app.

Processing purposes

Account and role management, worker/business profile creation, nearby job discovery, job posting, receiving and reviewing applications, choosing workers, running the shift lifecycle, working again with previous or saved workers, and sending direct job invitations.

Notifications, Nearby Job Alerts, reputation and reliability signals, XP/level progression summaries, reporting, blocking, misuse prevention, support, account deletion, anonymization, and moderation processes.

For the public website: serving pages and making privacy, KVKK, terms, support, and account deletion information publicly accessible.

Collection methods

Data is collected electronically when users create an account, choose a role, complete a profile, upload an avatar, post a job, apply, send or respond to invitations, write a review, report, or block another user.

Location data is collected through device location services and map/location selection flows when the user grants permission. Nearby Job Alerts do not continuously track location in the background; the last selected or updated alert location and radius are used.

Guest user device location is processed temporarily in device memory only while the app is in the foreground and when the user chooses to return to their location on the map. This location is not sent to YOMIYE servers, stored permanently, or linked to a profile.

Firebase infrastructure may create installation or notification registration identifiers before account creation. FCM token synchronization to YOMIYE servers is performed only for signed-in users.

Firebase Analytics product usage measurement is currently disabled in the production mobile app and performance test builds. Limited measurement may be enabled in internal QA builds; crash diagnostics may be collected in production through Firebase Crashlytics.

Guest Map and OpenStreetMap

Guest Map shows generalized locations in approximate 2.5-3 km areas instead of precise active job locations. Precise listing coordinates are not exposed in the guest experience.

When the map is displayed, OpenStreetMap tile infrastructure may receive IP address, map tile requests related to the displayed area, and technical connection information. For details, review the OpenStreetMap Foundation Privacy Policy.

Nearby Job Alerts

Nearby Job Alerts work with the selected or last updated alert location, radius, and job type preferences; this feature does not continuously track location in the background or store alert location history.

Workers can turn the feature on or off, update the alert center, choose a radius of 1, 3, 5, or 10 km, limit job types of interest, or receive notifications for all nearby jobs.

Rights under KVKK Article 11

Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information if it has been processed.

Learn the purpose of processing and whether personal data is used in line with that purpose.

Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in Turkey or abroad.

Request correction if personal data is incomplete or inaccurate, and request notification of this correction to third parties to whom the data was transferred.

Request deletion or destruction of personal data when the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, and request notification of this process to third parties to whom the data was transferred.

Object to a result against you that arises from analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems.

Request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
