Data categories
Account data: user identity, full name, role, account status, and creation/update records.
Worker profile: avatar/photo URL, city, district, bio, experience, skills, and profile fields related to work history.
Business profile: business name, logo URL, industry, city, district, and business description.
Marketplace data: job title, description, requirements, date, hours, city/district, coordinates, hourly pay, headcount, listing status, applications, acceptance/rejection/cancellation/progress/completion states, and job invitations.
Trust and safety data: two-sided reviews, ratings, comments, preference to work again, category ratings, reputation summaries, reliability indicators, XP/level progression summaries, reports, blocking records, and moderation records.
Notification and device data: technical identifiers related to Firebase installation and notification registration; for signed-in users, Firebase Cloud Messaging device token, platform information, token last-seen time, and notification routing data.
Location data: location/coordinates used for nearby job discovery and job posting, plus the selected or last updated alert center, radius, and job type preferences for Nearby Job Alerts.
Technical diagnostic data: crash and error diagnostic records may be collected in the mobile app through Firebase Crashlytics.
Guest Map and location
Guest Map shows generalized locations for active jobs instead of precise coordinates, using approximate 2.5-3 km areas. Exact listing coordinates are not exposed through Guest Map.
If you allow location access, your device location is processed temporarily on the device only while the app is in use and when you choose to return to your location on the map. Guest location is not sent to YOMIYE servers, linked to a profile, stored permanently, or tracked in the background. This temporary location is not preserved after the app restarts.
OpenStreetMap map infrastructure
When the map is displayed, OpenStreetMap tile infrastructure may receive IP address, tile requests related to the displayed map area, and ordinary technical connection information. OpenStreetMap Foundation may process this information to operate and secure the service.
The © OpenStreetMap contributors attribution remains visible on the map. For details, review the OpenStreetMap Foundation Privacy Policy and Tile Usage Policy.
Firebase notification infrastructure
When the app first opens, before an account is created, Firebase infrastructure may create and send technical installation or registration identifiers for app installation and notification services.
YOMIYE stores the FCM token in its own database only for a signed-in user. Granting notification permission as a guest does not create a Nearby Job Alerts subscription or guest notification preference on YOMIYE servers.
For Firebase data processing information, review Firebase Privacy and Security.
Nearby Job Alerts
Nearby Job Alerts work with the selected or last updated alert location, radius, and job type preferences; this feature does not continuously track location in the background or store alert location history.
Workers can turn this feature on or off from Profile -> Settings, update the alert location, choose a radius of 1 km, 3 km, 5 km, or 10 km, select job types of interest, or receive notifications for all nearby jobs.
No Nearby Alert location history is created for this feature. Matching is performed by comparing the saved latest alert location and preferences with newly published eligible jobs.
The alert center used for Nearby Job Alerts is not shown publicly on the worker profile and is not presented to businesses as the worker's live location.
Purposes of use
Data is used to create accounts and roles, build worker/business profiles, show nearby jobs, publish listings, receive and manage applications, select applicants, run the shift lifecycle, send direct job invitations, reach previous/saved workers, and show marketplace history.
For trust and quality, YOMIYE may use reviews, work history, reliability indicators, XP/level progression summaries, reports, blocking records, and moderation records.
Notification data is used to send application, acceptance, rejection, cancellation, no-show, job invitation, and nearby new job notifications, and to route users to the relevant app screen.
Payment and wage information
YOMIYE currently does not provide in-app payment, escrow, or payment guarantees; hourly pay and earnings information is shown as listing data.
Hourly pay, estimated earnings, or similar wage information shown in listings is derived from information entered or listed by the posting business.
Retention and deletion
When an account is deleted, profile identity is anonymized, the account is marked as deleted, account access is disabled, FCM tokens are cleared, and avatar cleanup is attempted; historical marketplace records may remain anonymized or limited where needed for marketplace integrity.
If there is an active accepted or ongoing job, account deletion may be blocked until that marketplace process is resolved so the other side is not harmed.
Mobile analytics and diagnostics
Firebase Analytics product usage measurement is currently disabled in the production mobile app and performance test builds. Limited measurement may be enabled in development and internal QA builds; this is not production mobile app behavior.
Firebase Crashlytics may collect technical records for crash and error diagnostics in the production build. Product analytics and technical error diagnostics are separate processes.
Website use
The YOMIYE public website currently does not use analytics, tracking cookies, forms, account login, or a website database.
